As an Offr Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for achieving monthly KPI’s and sales targets. In your role you would be expected to deliver customer presentations directly to potential leads. You will be able to manage your diary effectively and be results driven.

You will be part of the Business Development team based in Ireland and you will need to be self- motivated.

We are looking for ambitious, hard-working people with a proven track record in delivering great customer service and generating sales. You will be part of an established team and will be required to work closely with the Account Manager to continue to grow and drive the Irish sales strategy.

  • You will have strong influencing skills to support the growth of the business and grow the customer base in Ireland
  • Generate and manage ongoing pipeline opportunities
  • Ability to fully understand and sell the Offr product and services. Experience within the property sector is desirable but not essential. A background in tech sales would be advantageous
  • Communicate directly and effectively with customers and maintain good relationships
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • An ability to deliver a consistent, high-energy service to new and existing customers.
  • A strong background in sales and customer service is essential
  • Travel around Ireland is required, you will be expected to work independently
  • The Irish BD Team is linked to the Dublin Hub. This is a remote and field based role but may be required at the Hub from time to time

We will provide training, support and guidance on the Offr products and are keen to develop our People with the right skills to enable them to do their roles, to the best of their ability.
