Position Summary

As an Offr Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for achieving monthly KPI’s and sales targets in your region. In your role you would be expected to deliver customer presentations directly to potential leads. You will be able to manage your diary effectively and be results driven.

You will be part of the Sales team, based in the UK and you will need to be self- motivated. We are looking for ambitious, hard-working people with a proven track record in delivering great customer service and generating sales. You will be part of a newly formed team that develop, plan and implement the UK sales strategy.

  • You will have strong influencing skills to support the growth of the business and grow the customer base in the UK
  • Generate and manage ongoing pipeline opportunities
  • Ability to fully understand and sell the Offr product and services. Experience within the property sector is desirable but not essential
  • Communicate directly and effectively with customers and maintain good relationships
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • An ability to deliver a consistent, high-energy service to new and existing customers.
  • A strong background in sales and customer service is essential
  • Travel in the UK is required, you will be expected to work independently
  • The UK Sales Team is linked to the London Hub, travel to London will be required

These roles are reporting to the Commercial Director

We will provide training, support and guidance on the Offr products and are keen to develop our People with the right skills to enable them to do their roles, to the best of their ability.
