We are proud to announce that Offr is one of only seven companies participating in the inaugural REACH UK accelerator program. Second Century Ventures is the strategic arm of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and manages the REACH program across five international markets. Supported by the NAR, SCV leverages the association's 1.4 million+ members and an exceptional network of executives within real estate worldwide. 


The program launched in February 2021 with the backing of Propertymark, which represents members from over 15,000 offices in the UK. 'We are really excited about this announcement. It will help us roll out our suite of products and accelerate our growth into the UK', said Philip Farrell, CCO & Co-Founder. 'Proptech is an exciting and evolving industry which is fundamentally changing how property is transacted. The future is all about the 'agile agent. Our technology is being widely embraced by estate agents, helping them to adapt to remote working. This will ultimately allow agents to conduct all property transaction types, while on the move'.


In previous years, $350 million was raised in financing and partnerships were secured with DocuSign, Google, Facebook, Keller Williams and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, among others.

Solicitors are engaged early on in the process, ensuring all parties have access to the legal pack and Vendors can track activity in real-time, such as viewings, offers and legal pack downloads.
