Born in Dublin Boyer Phelan is a long time resident of Co Waterford and a member of River Barn Artist’s group. She is a grateful recipient of LWT Bursary to attend Byam Shaw, London and Waterford Council Bursary to attend Sir Tyrone Guthrie Centre, Annamaghkerrig. Favourite artists are Sarah Purser, Pierre Bonnard and Walter Osborne. Work includes water colours, oils and 3D painting.
