The Role

As our Marketing Manager of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for executing various marketing programs designed to drive demand for our products. These programs may include defining the marketing strategy, event management of our external and client-facing online programs. You will be the key point of contact between our marketing agencies and in-house team.

In This Role, You will often

  • Manage all details for marketing events and communication programs.
  • Coordinate all web-based marketing campaigns, events/webinars, including live demonstrations.
  • Create and manage compelling content to drive demand via email, print, social and other communication vehicles.
  • Establish and drive short, mid-, and long-term strategic plans and objectives and ensure strategies are aligned across major parts of the organization.
  • Collaborate with team members in Sales to ensure demand generation programs are aligned to corporate strategy.
  • Set and communicate expectations for marketing and demand generation programs throughout thecompany.
  • Work collaboratively to create and manage a diverse, cross-organizational, integrated communications capability.
  • Coordinate all activities required to develop, produce, and maintain our demand generation strategy, including branding materials for internal and external distribution.
  • Provide writing and editing support as requested on executive communications, including all organizational announcements and special event correspondence.

Skills/Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years experience - preferably in the software industry and in a scaling up environment.
  • Previous experience in marketing communications and event management with property would be a huge plus
  • Experience with marketing automation tools desired; experience with HubSpot automation tool preferred.
  • Demonstrated process and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to collaborate with people.
  • Experience engaging with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds.
  • A commitment to do the right things right
  • Happy to work remotely. Role linked to London or Dublin Hub.
