Position Summary

As our Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Board of Directors at Offr. This is a dynamic role and has a remit wider that a traditional EA as it will, flex and support the growth of the company and the team. You will work across the functions at Offr and report into the CEO and CCO. You will take responsibility and ownership of office organisation, project management, deadline compliance, documentation and systems.

Scope of Role

  • Diary Management – Managing and Assisting the Board of Directors with their schedules
  • Prepare meeting agendas, schedule and assist with minute taking
  • Booking and arranging business travel as and when required
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports and administration
  • Supporting the team with HR assistance, assisting with the onboarding of all employees
  • Assisting with the delivery of corporate 90 day plans
  • Supporting operational projects across the Offr team
  • Maintaining electronic filing systems and platforms, Slack, GoogleDocs, DocuSign
  • Liaise with clients and guests, remotely and at the main working Hubs
  • Supporting company events and employee communications in line with the company culture
  • Travel with Board of Directors as and when required

Person Specification

  • Has 5 years’ + experience in a support role
  • Is resilient, hard-working, and responsible – able to adapt to differing levels of tasks
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, can handle the agile process as well as structure
  • Highly organised, strong attention to detail, confident multitasker
